$12 Flat Rate shipping to anywhere in the US.

Additional shipping charges apply for oversized wall art.

Please allow 5 days for the production of your order, plus an additional 3-5 days for shipping. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped, which will include a Fed Ex or USPS tracking number. 

Large wall art is custom-made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for these items to be made, plus an additional 3-5 days for shipping.

 

We do our best to ensure that your package arrives safely. However, due to the fragile nature of wood products, items may occasionally be damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email aloha@coconene.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include the following information in your email:

• your name
• order number
• photo of the damaged product
• photo of the shipping box that the order was packed in

We will replace or refund damaged items at our discretion. 

Lost Packages

As a small business, we are unable to cover the costs of lost or stolen packages. Please contact your mail carrier to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. We apologize for any inconvenience.
