We have several CocoNene stores statewide, where you can create your own personalized Longboard Letters as a custom gift or vacation souvenir. You can also create your own custom Longboard Letters through our Longboard Letters Concierge Service online.

Yes, absolutely! We look forward to rebuilding on Front Street at some point in the future. In the meantime, we appreciate your continued support online and at our other locations, including several stores on Maui that we are working to get open as soon as possible.

Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Please allow 5 days for online orders to be processed. Custom orders, large items or drop-ship orders may take 2 weeks to process. Orders are typically received within 5 days of shipping.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped, which will include a Fed Ex or USPS tracking number.
Whatâs the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is being processed. Typical online order processing takes 5 days. Custom orders, large items or drop-ship orders may take 2 weeks to process.
Once shipped, packages will typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information. You can also check your order status at any time by visiting the Orders section of âMy Accountâ page.
Some delays may be expected during holiday seasons.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer $12 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the US. Additional shipping charge applies to larger size wall art, where noted.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We offer international shipping for $100 flat rate. Due to COVID-19, there is increased screening for international orders and your order may be delayed by customs officials. We are unable to provide an exact delivery date. International shipping orders do no qualify for free shipping. Please take this into account when placing an order for international shipping.
If you have trouble processing your payment for an international order, please contact us. Do not submit multiple orders as this may cause your credit card to be charged more than once.
What if my order gets damaged or lost in shipping?
As a small business, we are unable to cover the costs of lost or stolen packages. Please contact your mail carrier to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging that it came in. We will replace damaged items at our discretion.
What are your shipping methods?
We ship via USPS or Fed Ex. The shipping method is determined by our Logistics team at the time of shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking information.
How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Merchandise and ready-made products may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it meets the following guidelines:
âą Merchandise is returned with the original product tags attached
âą Merchandise is in new condition and there is no visible damage or signs of wear and tear.
Please note all shipping costs incurred through the purchase and return of the merchandise will not be refunded, including large wall art.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
